GI.MA. SrL twisting company is able to satisfy different customers’ requests, in the field of yarn tall manufacturing such as twisting, interlaced air system, winding, clearing system, solid and liquid paraffin, , yarn conditioning, steaming, neckband/sewn yarn production.
We are able to work yarn of any origin, as from vegetable, animal, synthetic and artificial fibre, both long and short fibre, as well as continuous filament yarn, from classic to fancy yarn. Our work is suitable for any application: high quality yarn for knitwear, for knitting, for furniture and technic yarn.
Our work comprises the following phases:
Simple or Double twist yarn from 1 up to 40 threads, without lower or upper meters limitation, with electronic control of thread presence and relevant strength through suitable load cell, independent for each head. This system permits also to reduce the a multi-colour separation during coupling phase and, as result, a precise control during twisting phase, having the same colour sequence for the entire spool. Fancy twist yarn feeding (bouclé, frisé, ondé, colour hidden alternate, knot and various alternate) Winding/clearing system with soleil distaff technique and relevant double twisting with one step only (avoiding coupling phase) Winding and clear system from 500 up to 120,000 meters (for both fine and thick defects) Winding liquid and solid paraffin (up to 3% weight) Yarn conditioning room (spools on carts) to moisturize yarn with 12 or 24 hours cycles Yarn steaming in box Neckband/sewn yarn production both yarn and beam feeding, 12 and 24 needles Production environment with temperature and humidity control to optimize work condition, important for high quality yarn Metered spools with 6 and 10 inches output, both cylindrical and conical (4.2 and 5.57) Mid to large size production plant, flexible for competitive high and low quantity (i.e. 80 coupling machine heads, 1,500 twisting heads e 200 neckband heads); Crafts ad-hoc solutions to overcome technical issues, thanks to the fortieth experience in the yarn work with a wide diversity in type of machine and type of yarn Samples size production and general consultancy
